Script to create multiple users from input files

I want to create multiple users from my input file, like access table or any csv format file with the help of script. Can you recommend a script that can do this?
While I could right it, why bother when it is already done! Check out ADDUSERS.exe from the Windows 2000 Resource Kit. Here is a look at the help file: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;199878

The tool will take input from the spreadsheet and add them into the domain. If you are doing something a little more complex, like trying to automatically position the user accounts into OU's, you may need to return to scripting. The ADDUSERS.exe can also be used to disable or delete accounts from the Domain as well.
