Server in continuous reboot process

After installing SP1 for Windows 2003 Server my server just went into a continuous reboot process. It gives a BSOD with the error STOP: C0000135. Any suggestions?
This is most often due to a missing DLL, or because the Software hive of the system Registry has become corrupted. See http://www.jsifaq.com/SUBB/tip0500/rh0528.htm for some tips to resolve this error.
