Server needs to be rebooted to accept logins

On a new Windows 2003 Server in a small network of about 20 nodes with a single domain, things work well except each morning when users come to work, they get access denied on server resources. They have to reboot the server each morning to make it accept logins. After rebooting the server, everything works well again. This is one of my first Windows 2003 Servers. Is there a new default login timeout on the server that I missed? Thank you for your help!
Check the event logs on the server for more detailed information on what may be causing this error. It could be the licensing service; the server time may be out of synch; it could be a problem with open connections, locked services or a dozen other things. When you get a specific error message, it will be easier to troubleshoot.
