Server stopped accepting connection via Terminal Services

I have four Win2k servers and for some reason one of my servers stopped accepting a connection via Terminal Services. It was working, but then stopped after I applied one of the Terminal Services security fixes. I uninstalled the fix, uninstalled Terminal Services and reinstalled Terminal Services, and nothing helps. If I run netstat -a -n, I do not see the server listening on port 3389. This is why I believe I cannot connect to Terminal Services. Do you have any idea how to correct this?

I'd search the knowledgebase at TechNet. But it sounds like an upgrade patch hosed your system. You may need to re-install and re-configure to get it working again.
