Server won't recognize network

I have a Windows NT4 standalone server as part of a workgroup with Windows XP workstations. The server has three 100MB Fiber Network cards but I can't seem to get the server to see anything on the network. Am I missing something glaring?

Fiber is always hard to get right. I can recommend double-checking that you are getting a reliable connection between the NIC and the fiber cable. Make sure all systems are properly configured with IP addresses and subnet masks. Ping or traceroute between all systems. If that fails, you should contact the NIC vendor for further assistance.
