I manage a small office network of 15 stations. How can I set it up so for a new user, when first logging into the computer, it automatically maps the network drives, printers and other settings? These mapped network drives are the same for everyone, also the printer. Is there someway to automate the process so I don't have to manually do it every time I add a user?
That's what Group Policy is all about! Unfortunately, I'm not about to spell out precise step-by-step instructions for each of the things you mentioned. We'd be here all day. However, I would suggest you start with Logon and Startup scripts to see how far those take you. If you run into trouble, ask a more specific question.
