Setting up two domain names with the same IP

Currently I have an existing NT domain for example A, and my primary DNS server is hosting the internet domain name for A as mycompany.com. Now I want to set up a new 2003 domain with Active Directory and DNS in it. Can I use domain name B and Internet domain as hiscompany.com, but the IP address for both mycompany.com and hiscompany.com would be the same IP?

This is possible. You can register the new domain name with Internic or some register company and specify the Start of Authority as having the same IP address as the SOA for the mycompany.com domain.
