Q

Someone hacked my admin password. How can I restore my system?

I'm a Network Admin for a 40 PC-network. My system is locked; somebody has hacked my admin password. My server is on NTFS, and the operating system is Windows 2000 Server, Pentium 4. How can I solve this?
You'll need to either re-install the system or run an administrator password cracking tool against it. Try the tools at winternals.com, specifically ERD commander 2003. ( http://winternals.com/products/repairandrecovery/erdcommander2002.asp?pid=erd).
