User account keeps getting locked out after I changed my password

I recently changed my password on my Win2K workstation (Winnt4.0 and Windows 2000 server mix). Now my user account keeps getting locked out while I am working. Any ideas?
Verify that replication is taking place successfully between all of your network servers. If your password information is inconsistent in various locations on your network, this can create the behavior that you're describing, since one server may think that your new password is not "new" but "incorrect."
