User's command bar shortcuts missing

User's command bar shortcuts missing

I have a user with a roaming profile who logged in via a remote terminal. When he tried logging in the next day at his usual workstation, his command bar no longer had his short cuts. How do I get his old command bar back for him? This user is on a Windows NT workstation. Thanks.
