Using the 'views' function in Win2003 DNS

I understand that Bind 9 supports a function called "views," which will allow you to direct DNS queries to specific DNS servers based on the source address of the original lookup. Where can I find a description of this, and is this implemented/supported in Windows Server 2003?

    Requires Free Membership to View

I have heard of this, however, the reasons for such an activity generally are solved through other means. Generally, though the DNS preference is configured on the client system. If you are using DHCP, this can be handled via the assignment of information in the scopes. You can potentially use a logon script to set this up as well. , But if you are referring another configuration, sometimes called "Split Horizons," where sets of DNS servers have two copies of the same zone which are handled differently, that is not supported within Microsoft DNS.
