There is actually a whole mess of scripts installed in the %programfiles%\gpmc\scripts directory (where %programfiles% is the Program Files directory for your system), which are set up when you install the Group Policy Management Console. Among them are scripts for producing an export of the Group Policies for one or all users. A full breakdown of the script samples can be found in the MSDN library.
