Q

What are CTFs and GTtask, and how do I get rid of them?

When I press CTRL+ALT+DEL, one CTF and GTtask are coming up in the dialogue box. Due to this CTF, my hard disk drive is glowing continuously. What are these items and how can I avoid this?
I don't know what CTF or GTtask are, nor do I understand how they are "coming up in the dialogue box" since CTRL+ALT+DEL opens the WinLogon dialog box on Windows 2000 or the Task Manager on Windows XP. These may be unwanted spyware or adware products dropping onto your system because you visited certain Web sites or installed certain software. You'll need to provide me more details and specifics in order for me to understand your situation.
