What is the best way to migrate from Small Business Server 4.5 to Windows 2000 Active Directory?

What is the best way to migrate from our current Small Business Server 4.5 domain controller to a Windows 2000 Active Directory domain? All I need to migrate to the new server are the user accounts. I have a freshly installed Win2k member server in the current NT domain, which is waiting to run DCPROMO on it -- but I need to have a plan in place for how to get the user accounts moved over so that users can log in exactly as they are used to (e.g., same username, password and domain name).

The ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tool) may help. None of my clients uses SBS; however, since it is still Windows NT the tool should still operate. I would certainly arrange for some testing. The ADMT should allow you to migrate user accounts, etc., to the new AD domain. I did find some information on SBS upgrade/migration, but it focuses on SBS 4.0 to SBS 2000. Read the Microsoft article on migration upgrade for more information.
