Where can I find a list of Windows XP unattend.txt settings?

We are in the beginning phase of doing a desktop upgrade to Windows XP. I have been looking for a complete list of settings for unattend.txt, and I can't find one. I would like to know all of the components that I can turn off and if there are ways to set the desktop to Windows Classic along with setting the Control Panel to classic view. I'm trying to minimize the training for our users.
The most complete list I know of is in Ref.chm. This file is in the Deploy.cab file in the SupportTools folder of the Windows XP product CD. If you happen to have access to a Windows Server 2003 CD, you'll find a more recent version of Ref.chm on it.
