In an answer to a previously posted question, you say, "Also be sure that the 'make this printer available to all users' option is checked." Where can I find this checkbox?
It appears in the Add Printer wizard when a user adds the printer. It does not appear anywhere else. Equivalent is to grant access to the Everyone or Authenticated Users groups on the Security tab of the printer's Properties dialog box.
