Which GPO is preventing access to servers through Remote Access?

I have created an OU, and linked a GPO to it.

The GPO specifies:
Everyone: "Deny log on through Terminal Services."

The Security upon the GPO is:
Authenticated Users: Apply Group Policy/Allow
Enterprise Admins: Apply Group Policy/Deny

I don't know what happened, but now no one can access those Servers through Remote Desktop (Terminal Services), even Enterprise Admins. I removed this policy from OU, but nothing changed.

I would go to the machine itself and run GPRESULT /v. GPRESULT /v will tell you what policies are being applied and where they are coming from. At that point, you might be able to determine what is going on.
