Why can't I list users on ISA Server?

I just set up an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) server and am learning as I go. On the reports section, the "traffic by users" doesn't list usage by name of IP address -- it simply lists everything as "UNKNOWN." Someday, someone will probably ask me about this. Any ideas how to make it list the users or IP addresses?

ISA only knows the usernames if your users are forced to authenticate. If you allow them access through the ISA server without authenticating, then ISA can't report per-user statistics. I'm actually not sure why it wouldn't list them by IP address, though. Good luck.
