Q

Why does my Win2k Professional OS keep rebooting?

I recently installed Windows 2000 Professional on my system. But I am facing a problem in that my Windows automatically rebooted quite a few time while I was working on it. Kindly give me a prompt and permanent solution?
Automatic reboots without Blue Screens are typically indications of hardware compatibility or driver problems. In my experience, disk controller incompatibilities (SCSI Mostly) have been the culprit. You should make sure that the critical components (System BIOS, SCSI Firmware) have been updated. Also make sure that the Video drivers and SCSI drivers are up to date.
