Q

Windows Time Services suddenly stops, but there is nothing in the event logs

The Windows Time Services on a few Windows 2000 and Win2k Advanced Servers stops after successfully running and synchronizing for a few hours. There are no messages of any sort in the event logs. A search of the MS Knowledge Base and the Web hasn't turned up anything of use. Any ideas?
The only thing I really know about the Time Services is that lots of people seem to complain about it. I usually manually define a time server from a command line and then things seem to work out OK. I can only recommend contacting MS support directly and paying for some help.
