Workstations can't find user section of the drive

I deleted the partition on the user folders part of the hard drive. I have re-partitioned the drive and used Recoverer 2000 Pro to recover all the users' folders. I formatted the drive and replaced the folders but had to reset the shares for them. The (U) User section of the drive is now not found by any of the 20 workstations whoever logs on. It gives you an error saying "can't find the roaming profile." Any ideas please?

Make sure you properly re-shared the drive/folder, set permissions to change, and re-defined the user profile path on every user account.
