AccessEnum is a free Sysinternals tool that offers administrators a view of the full file system and registry security settings to ensure that users have appropriate permissions to access files and directories. It uses standard Windows security APIs to show permissions information, offering more granular results than standard access control lists.
AccessEnum offers similar functionality to AccessChk, an executable file that works within the command line.
