Microsoft System Global Service Monitor (GSM) is a tool that helps administrators extend the capabilities of System Center 2012 into a cloud-based infrastructure.

Microsoft System Global Service Monitor (GSM) is a cloud service that helps administrators extend the web application monitoring capabilities of System Center 2012 beyond network boundaries.  

GSM was released with System Center 2012 SP1 and is only available to Microsoft Software Assurance customers.
