Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 System Health

Contributor(s): Tayla Holman

Windows Server 2012 R2 System Health is a reporting feature that alerts the administrator to critical updates, missing malware protection and other issues that require action to be taken.

Any issues will be displayed as alerts in the Alert Viewer, which can be launched from the Dashboard. Alerts are refreshed every thirty minutes, but can be checked at any time by clicking Refresh in the Alert Viewer or Health Reports tab. The Health Report can be generated on demand or on a schedule, and the administrator can customize the content of the report.
