QUESTION POSED ON: 20 October 2003
Why can't my remote users who are in the local "power users" group add network printers? In our work environment the process is successful. However, at our remote sites, users get an "Access Denied" message.

Verify that there are no Group Policy settings that might be over-riding any local security policies. Local security settings are applied before any site, domain or OU GPOs, and any conflicting settings will be overwritten by the later GPOs.
