How can I stop SMS Installer from getting an "out of memory" error when compiling a large (100+MB) script?

The size of the script or output executable is not the issue, but most likely the number of lines in the scripts.

For SMS Installer:
* Up to 5,888 files can be included. One Install File script item is added for each file.
* Up to 8,192 script items can be included (5,888 of these items can be Install File script items).
