I am getting an error in my Event Viewer that is saying it can't unload my registry class. Any ideas?

This happens when a program or service holds open a registry key for an abnormally long time when the system is trying to shut down or otherwise unload the registry. A misbehaving application is usually the culprit. InoculateIT 6.0 is one common app that has this problem.
