Kaseya's Kaseya Enterprise Edition builds automation into the systems deployment and management process.
Kaseya Enterprise Edition offers a self-managing distributed virtual VPN without the need to manage VPN software, which gives administrators immediate access to all IT assets from a single Web site that supports human tasks and machine processes.

It lets IT managers automate routine tasks such as asset management and patch management and lets them monitor their systems remotely.
Kaseya Enterprise Edition has new features, including the following:
- Kaseya Backup and Disaster Recovery is real-time automated disk backup, disk imaging, file level backup and bare metal restore for Windows servers and workstations.
- Integrated IT Software Suite offers policy management and enforcement for files, network access and applications.
- Kaseya Help Desk is an integrated help desk and trouble ticket system that helps IT professionals diagnose and resolve issues in real time without having to physically visit a desktop.
System requirements: Agent: 333 MHz Pentium-class CPU or greater, 128 MB of RAM, 30 MB of free disk space. Windows 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista. Server: single processor, 1 GB RAM, 40 GB hard drive, Windows 2000 Server or Win Server 2003. Internet Information Server 5.0 and up, SQL Server 2000 or 2005.
Pricing: $12,000 for 100 end points. Back up and end-point security are sold separately as add-on modules.
