Learn more:Diagnostic logging is a highly underrated tool for getting to the heart of different sorts of problems. Windows comes with a global switch to enable verbose diagnostic logging (into the system log) for all applications and services that support it.
To turn on verbose logging:
- Open the Registry and navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionpoliciessystem.
- Add a new DWORD entry with the name verbosestatus and set the value to 1.
- Make sure there is no DWORD entry in the same subkey with the name DisableStatusMessages. If there is, set it to 0.
