A great resource for figuring out Event IDs

Ever have an event pop into your Windows servers event logs, but have no clue how to go about troubleshooting it? Go to this free Web site: http://www.eventid.net/.

At the top of the site, choose the "search events" option. Type in the event information and perform a search. The members of this site post fixes/how- to's/setups/etc. on how to resolve events. You can use it to resolve your events easily and effectively.

If you need the additional options the site provides, you can become a member if you wish, but it isn't necessary. It's a must have resource for all admins, in my opinion.
