Do you often need to connect to a remote machine's registry to set permissions or verify Group Policy Object (GPO) settings? Would you like to compare registry values, defrag registries or open Remote Installation Service registry files that are saved to your RIS server? I think the Resplendent Registrar tool really shines in its ability to quickly take ownership and change permissions on remote systems. With Resplendent Registrar, not only can you take ownership of the SITES key and add permissions, but you can also view HKCR. This feature is not offered by regedit/regedt32.
