Shortcut to Notepad on new machine builds

On new machine builds, I always put a shortcut to Notepad in the folder C:Documents and SettingsDefault UserSendTo. This way all users logging on to the machine get the shortcut.

On many occasions, this has proven to be quite useful for diagnosing problems, especially for remote user support. You can walk even the least sophisticated user by telling them to "right-click on the file and select sendto Notepad." Trying to walk a

n unsophisticated user to do an Open With. . .Notepad can be painful.

I also do this on file servers that don't have applications loaded (e.g., if I need to look at log files, etc., that have weird file extensions. . . .)
