Support for your VPN in Windows Vista

Question: I am trying to set up a secure VPN in 64-bit Vista using the Vista Network Setup, but I am having trouble. I attempt to set this up by going to start > Connect to > Setup a Connection or Network > Connect to Work Place > Use My Internet Connection. From there I try to configure and log in to our VPN, but I am having no luck. What is going on here?
