Additional SNMP security info

This tip is a follow-up to "Be careful with SNMP."

I just read the tip "Be careful with SNMP" by Tom Lancaster, and some very important configuration information...

was left out. You can also control SNMP access by IP address or subnet. While the community string is important, restricting access by IP address is even more important.
