Changing the default application install directory

To change the default application install directory from "C:Program Files," do the following:

  1. Go to Regedit.
  2. Choose HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEsoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversion
  3. Now change the directory in 'ProgramFilesDir' and 'ProgramFilesPath' to the desired location.
