Tip

Find all Domain Controllers

Need to list all the Domain Controllers (DC) in your environment and their GUIDs? One DNS lookup can provide it all.

In a command prompt window, call up an interactive nslookup session. At the nslookup prompt issue the command "ls -t CNAME ".

The results will be a list of all the fully qualified domain names for all Domain Controllers. For each entry, the DC's GUID will also be listed.
