Prevent running of VBS scripts

On most, if not all client machines, VBS scripts do not need to run.

To prevent VBS scripts from accidentally running on workstations, I change the file association to open and run with Notepad.exe. This prevents a user from hitting the trip wire on an e-mail attachment.
