Prevent running of VBS scripts

Prevent a user from activating that buggy e-mail attachment by changing the file association for VBS scripts.

On most, if not all client machines, VBS scripts do not need to run.

To prevent VBS scripts from accidentally running on workstations, I change the file association to open and run with Notepad.exe. This prevents a user from hitting the trip wire on an e-mail attachment.
