Been searching for an easier way to create/manage your passwords? If so, check out this User Account Management
tip. There's a tool that can help.
Count the number of passwords you need to remember to do your job on both hands. If you run out of digits like I do there is a nifty free utility called AnyPassword that can help manage your passwords.
One of its best features is it can be accessed by multiple users simultaneously so it can help eliminate password sharing over unsecure means like email and the phone. Private passwords can be kept in an alternate file as well if needed.
Other features include password generation, strong encryption (IDEA/MD5), and a hierarchical data structure.
