Quickest way to lock your Win2k or NT workstation

Got a quick summons to go see the boss and you don't want (or have time) to log off your workstation?

The sequence to lock the workstation changed from CTRL+ALT+DEL and W on Windows NT to CTRL+ALT+DEL and K on Windows 2000. But, the Lock Workstation feature is the default button on the Security window for both.

So the quickest way to lock your workstation, regardless of which of these systems you're on, is to press CTRL+ALT+DEL and Enter as fast as your fingers can fly.
