To save all users to a text file, type NET USER > users.txt. This exports all user names to a text file that can be saved to document your users.

You can also edit the file into a command file that will create users on a new server, using the command NET USER <username> [/DOMAIN] /ADD. To see the full NET USER syntax, at a command prompt type NET USER /?.
