To turn off roaming profile caching, apply the following registry fix:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoft Windows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon] "DeleteRoamingCache"=dword:00000001
Now roaming profiles will be deleted when the user logs out.
