Auto-generating Microsoft Outlook profiles

Learn how you can create and deploy PRF files that will auto-generate Microsoft Outlook profiles on newly deployed computers.

I am trying to get Microsoft Outlook to log in automatically to Exchange Server using the currently logged on user's credentials. When the user gets a new computer, I don't want to have to set up Microsoft Outlook for them. How do I do this?
You can create and distribute (or deploy) a Microsoft Outlook profile (PRF) file, which contains all the settings needed to auto-generate a Microsoft Outlook profile for end-users.

You can create PRF files using the Office Custom Installation Wizard. However, if you're like the rest of us and...

don't want to mess around with customization wizards, then you could settle for a third-party utility such as DesktopStandard's ProfileMaker Outlook Edition or ScriptLogic's Desktop Authority Express.
