Can I automate SUS scheduling on the client side for Windows 2000 and XP?

Is there a way to automate or script the SUS scheduling on the client side for Windows 2000 and XP? In other words, is there a way to change the server name and/or time that the client updates with the SUS server? We aren't using Active Directory.
There are a few ready-made scripts out there. Here's one that may do what you are looking to do: http://www.susserver.com/Tools/Tools-AU-ForceCheckToSUS.asp.
