Q: I am running Microsoft Exchange 2003 on three servers and am having issues with the 2003 and 2007 versions of Outlook not automatically detecting account information during setup. How can I solve this problem?
A: You definitely want to upgrade to Exchange Server 2007 and use the Autodiscover Service. Microsoft Support Article ID 940881 should certainly help you with your problem.
