Displaying seconds in the system tray

I have a client in the Securities business who requires the seconds to be displayed in the System Tray. The actual format to be displayed is HH:MM:SS tt. We cannot find a Registry hack or Windows 2000 tool to help us.
I wasn't able to find a Registry hack for you, but I did find a nifty little free tool that does what you want. It's called TClockEx. It does a nice job of displaying full hh:mm:ss plus the full date in the System Tray. Take a peek at http://users.iafrica.com/d/da/dalen/tclockex.htm.
