You didn't tell me what Exchange 5.5 client you are using, but if it is any version of Microsoft Outlook, the first thing to do is to make sure you have the latest video driver for your computer's video card. You might also need to go into the advanced properties of the video driver and bump Hardware Acceleration down a notch.
