External email is not forwarding to BlackBerry accounts

External email that isn't forwarding to BlackBerry accounts can be a headache. But if you qualify for BlackBerry Internet Service, you may be in luck.

I just read the article " Forwarding email from Exchange Server to an external email address," and we have a similar problem. Our external email doesn't forward to BlackBerry accounts, but internal email forwards just fine. We have Exchange 2000 Server. How can we fix this problem?
