FTP server not responding from outside the ISA server

I've published an FTP server behind my ISA server through the Server Publishing Wizard. When I try to access it from the outside it's not answering the requesting or even pinging at all. What else do I have to do? Thanks in advance.
There is no obvious option to redirect HTTP requests as FTP requests when you run the Web Publishing Wizard. You need to establish HTTP to FTP protocol redirection.
  1. Create the Web Publishing Rule.
  2. Then double-click on the rule.
  3. Click the Bridging tab.
  4. Select the option to "Redirect HTTP requests as FTP requests."
Now when this rule is activated, the request will be forwarded to the internal Web server using the FTP port you configured in the Web Publishing Rule. See Tom Shinder's excellent ISA site for a complete tutorial in how to set this up.
