Forward messages automatically to different addresses

How do I forward mail messages automatically to different addresses in Exchange 5.5?
In order for forward messages automatically, you'll need to do one of two things:
  1. From an administrative perspective, you can set an "alternate recipient" on the mailbox itself, using Exchange 5.5 Administrator. This will result in a copy of all messages sent to the user to silently be sent to a second recipient.

  2. From an end user perspective, you can have the user set a rule to forward a copy of all messages (or those meeting certain criteria) to another recipient. In Outlook, the user can pick Tools -> Rules Wizard and then create a new rule to forward messages to an alternate recipient.
