The best first step here would be to find out if there's a scheduled task that you are running at that time; if there is, the app being run at that time is probably the culprit. Analyze the crash dump message to see if a particular DLL or driver is at fault -- for instance, if you're running an automated backup utility of some kind, that may need to be upgraded or repaired.
